  • Opened Items: Any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with is not eligible for return.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
  • Shipping Address: We will provide a return shipping address after your return request is approved.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
